2 Cups sugar free ketchup – Chef’s Choice is Primal Kitchen Ketchup
1 Can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 Can (6 oz) tomato paste (if you like a thick sauce add another can)
3 Tablespoons pure monk fruit. Chef’s Choice is Purisure
1 Cup red wine vinegar
4 Teaspoons hickory-flavored liquid smoke
½ Teaspoon garlic powder
½ Teaspoon onion powder
1/2 Teaspoon chili powder
1 Teaspoon paprika
½ Teaspoon celery seed
¼ Teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ Teaspoon cayenne pepper (more if you would like it spicy, less if you want it less spicy)
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper


1. Place the ingredients in the bowl.
2. Whisk the ingredients together.
3. Place the sauce into glass jars.
4. Place the jars in the refrigerator.
5. Serve and enjoy!
