Air Fried Salmon

Equipment Needed

1. Air Fryer
2. Oil Sprayer
3. Oven Safe Glass Cooking Dish 9 by 9 or 9 by 13 inches (if doing the stove variation)
4. Stove (if doing the stove variation)


Salmon (recommend portion for male 6oz, female 4 oz)
Avocado Oil spray
1 Lemon
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Optional Spices and Herbs
Cajun Spices
Italian Herb and Spices
Old Bay Seafood Spice


1. Remove the bones from the salmon.

2. Spray the salmon with the avocado oil rub on the spices and herbs (optional).

3. Spray the salmon with the avocado oil a second time. Squeeze the lemon over the salmon.

4. Set the Air Fryer to 400 degrees.

5. Set the timer to for 7 minutes.

6. Serve and Enjoy (salt and pepper to taste).

7. Recommended serving approach: place the salmon on top of the herbed cauliflower rice and squeeze some more lemon juice.
