Fried Chicken Spice Recipe

Ingredients:
4 Teaspoons salt
1 Tablespoon dried thyme
1 Tablespoon dried basil
2 Teaspoons dried oregano
2 Teaspoons celery salt
1 Tablespoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons mustard powder
4 Tablespoons paprika
4 Tablespoons garlic salt
2 Tablespoons powdered ginger
3 Tablespoons white pepper (substitute black pepper if you don’t have ground white pepper)

For a Spicy Variation, add 1/4 to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper depending on how spicy you want it.
